Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most items we keep in stock and ship usually the next business day. We will notify you of any delays on your order imediatly. 

 - Tracking Your Shipment

 After you successfully place your order and have received an e-mail confirmation of shipment, you can track its status on our website by using the order number provided on your order confirmation email.  You can also log in to your account on this site and check the status of your order. If you need further assistance us the Contact Us form.


****Please note that your item must ship before you can track it. Your package may not be visible within the shippers tracking system until several hours after the product leaves our warehouse.

 ****FREE SHIPPING ONLY APPLIES TO THE CONTINENTAL STATES IN THE USA. Additional fees for shipping will apply if shipping to any other location, which will be added upon purchase. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are wanting to order outside of the continental 48 states. 

We try our best to make sure all online Shipping cost are accurate, Some Items may incure additional changes (Duties and Customs) and if they do we will notify you prior to shipment and you have the right to request a refund if you do not want to pay the additional fees. 

 

Returns Policy

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 15% restocking fee for upto 30 Days. 
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery that can incur a Restocking fee. No items will be returnable after 30 days. Shipping is not refundable in either direction.on unwanted items. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

Obtaining an RGA (prior to sending an item back)
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund and an RGA number once we've received this email. Then you can ship and processed the returned item.
